1. IC Design Engineers (1):
Based on CMOS/ BiCMOS technologies, you will design state-of-the-art analog and mixed-signal ICs including DC-DC converters, power-supply controllers,? linear regulators, op amps, comparators and interface circuits, that will operate over a wide temperature range. Job responsibilities include transistor level circuit design, layout supervision, and laboratory characterization. Requirements as below:
MSEE or BSEE plus 5+ years of experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design.
Good intuitive and mathematical understanding of transistor-level design and stability analysis.
Layout issues with respect to analog performance.
Experience in dealing with people and working in team environments.
Flexible, pro-active and willing to learn and contribute to meeting team objectives
Knowledge of digital circuit design a plus.
